Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license from IN.
• Experience in a clinic or office setting administering vaccinations is required.
• Ability to safely administer vaccines, follow dosing procedures, and document vaccinations accurately.
• Experience maintaining vaccine inventory, temperatures, storage, and wastage prevention.
• Strong interpersonal skills to educate, support clinic flow and ensure positive patient experience during immunization services.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications or treatments prescribed by a physician.
• Observes patients and keeps accurate records of vital signs and other data.
• Contacts physicians and takes orders in the absence of a nurse.
• Assist in programs like re-motivation, sensory stimulation, and behavior modification after training.
• Assist physicians in physical examinations of patients/residents.
• Order supplies and medicines.
• Perform related duties as required.
