Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing professional to join our Plainfield/Camby clinic team on the southwest side of Indianapolis. You will deliver nursing care, take vitals, administer vaccines, and coordinate patient care with providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Indiana LPN or RN license, have at least one year in a medical office, and can perform phlebotomy with immunization knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana LPN or RN nursing license.
• Minimum one year of medical office experience.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and immunization knowledge.
• Knowledge of childhood immunization schedules.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical; background check.
• Be 18 years or older and meet licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely nursing care to patients in the office setting.
• Follow provider orders to deliver care and results timely and efficiently.
• Coordinate referrals, education, and care until patient needs are met.
• Prepare patients for appointments by taking vitals and documenting.
• Administer vaccines, draw labs, and perform in-office testing.
