Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice.
• Prior home health agency scheduling experience.
• Prior home health agency intake experience.
• Microsoft Office and scheduling software computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules, ensuring client needs are met daily.
• Assist management staff in day-to-day staffing and other clerical support services.
• Accept incoming calls for new referrals for clinical services in the assigned area.
