Job summary

Medix is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Clinical Interviewer for a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ, focused on outbound telephonic medication interviews to support MTM activities. You will educate members, collect data, and document interactions in compliant systems.

The position requires Spanish and English proficiency, an active LPN/LVN license, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule (home and in-office). Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM MST with in-office Tue–Thu in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in healthcare and/or telephonic outreach.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work hybrid (home and office)
• Navigate electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to members to conduct telephonic medication interviews.
• Verify member identity and obtain consent before discussing medication-related information.
• Collect accurate information to support MTM activities.
• Review and reconcile prescription, OTC, herbal, and supplement medications.
• Ask questions to understand adherence, effectiveness, side effects, affordability, and barriers.
• Identify potential medication-related concerns and document findings.
