Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Loans and Loan Servicing, including payment processing and payoffs.
• Experience with Loan Documents: preparation, review, and quality control for compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for inquiries and issues.
• Attention to detail and organization to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking operations, loan systems, and regulatory lending requirements.
• Proficiency in standard office software; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Hybrid work environment experience or ability to collaborate in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing and servicing of commercial and consumer loans.
• Prepare, review, and maintain loan documents and boarding into servicing systems.
• Process payments, payoffs, and adjustments; monitor loan exceptions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, branches, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
