Confidential Bank in the Kansas City area seeks a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to move loans from approval through closing and servicing. This on-site role partners with lenders and credit staff to ensure accurate processing and file integrity, with room to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial loan operations, loan administration or commercial lending support.
• Hands-on knowledge of C&I and commercial real estate loan documentation.
• Comfort with loan systems (LaserPro) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial loan documents before closing, and coordinate closings with title companies, attorneys and borrowers.
• Track and perfect collateral, including UCC filings, titles, insurance and releases, and clear exceptions quickly.
• Process loan fundings, advances, payments and construction draws accurately.
• Keep complete, audit-ready loan files and verify that loan data is entered correctly in the bank's systems.
• Prepare payoffs, lien releases and borrower correspondence.
• Serve as a go-to resource for lenders and commercial clients.
