The role is full-time and hybrid (two days on-site, three days from home) with 7.5-hour days; requires 3–5+ years in litigation support and strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal tech.
• Proficient with common review and litigation support platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Logikcull).
• Strong understanding of ESI lifecycle and discovery processes.
• Familiarity with data security practices and secure file sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical/analytical support across the ESI lifecycle (identification, collection, processing, review, production).
• Support document review workflows and data productions using eDiscovery platforms.
• Configure databases, manage user access, and maintain case files with accurate indexing.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for data processing and complex searches.
• Assist with exhibits, timelines, and presentations for trial preparation.
