Job summary

AMS Staffing Inc. seeks a Litigation Support Analyst to manage ESI workflows, review platforms, and litigation technology throughout discovery and trial stages.

You will support data processing, database administration, and secure data transfers in a fast‑paced legal environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in litigation support, familiarity with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, and related tools, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology experience.
• Experience with common review platforms and ESI lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ESI data intake, processing, organization, and production.
• Prepare datasets for review and support search queries across review platforms.
• Maintain litigation databases with accurate coding and access control.
• Coordinate with external eDiscovery vendors on data processing and requirements.
• Support secure data transfer and best practices for data security.
• Troubleshoot databases, review environments, and case technology.
• Assist with document editing, redaction, and multimedia preparation.
• Support trial teams with exhibit prep and presentation materials.
