Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of Florida court and US district court procedures.
- Proficiency in Relativity and electronic filing systems.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 1600 billable hours per year.
- Experience with trial preparation and deposition support.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
- Conduct initial case investigations to determine case details and evidence.
- Manage large-scale document reviews using Relativity and electronic filing systems.
- Guide cases through the discovery process and ensure organized documentation.
- Prepare for depositions and assist in trial preparation.
