Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong experience supporting litigation from inception through trial
• Prior construction litigation or construction defect experience preferred
• Demonstrated trial preparation experience required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation
• Coordinate and assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and courtroom logistics
• Manage court filings, docketing, and case deadlines
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
• Assist with discovery, document management, and trial-related tasks
