Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional conduct and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of paralegal experience in civil litigation
• Experience handling medical malpractice defense matters is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsabilités

• Organize case files, manage deadlines, and summarize medical records as needed
• Investigate facts of a case and gather supporting documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to prepare for hearings and trial
• Review, organize, and maintain case materials with high attention to detail
• Support busy defense practice in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
