Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in civil defense litigation.
• Experience handling Texas matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of files and work closely with attorneys through all phases of litigation.
• Drive cases forward while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
• Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents and maintaining compliance.
