Serpe Andrews, PLLC is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Houston office in a full-time capacity. The role supports a busy civil defense practice, with emphasis on medical malpractice defense, deadlines, and organized case management.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional conduct and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Litigation Paralegal – Houston

Serpe Andrews, PLLC is seeking two experienced Paralegals to join our Houston office. These are permanent, full-time positions supporting our busy civil defense practice. We are looking for professionals who can hit the ground running and become valued members of our team from day one.

Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have several years of paralegal experience, with medical malpractice defense experience strongly preferred.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shift

Work Location:

Houston office with hybrid option: 3 days onsite in our Houston office and 2 days remote, as determined by the firm. Fully remote work is not available for this role.
