You will draft and respond to discovery, prepare pleadings, manage deadlines, and assist with depositions and trial prep, while coordinating with attorneys across cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• California State Court e-filing experience is required.
• Strong discovery and trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• E-file in California State Courts.
• Review and organize case materials and discovery.
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation.
• Manage deadlines and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
