Bledsoe, Diestel, Treppa & Crane LLP in Walnut Creek, CA, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal (Insurance Defense) to support attorneys across all phases of litigation in a full-time, hybrid role.

You will prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence; conduct legal research; organize case files and exhibits; and assist with trial preparation. A paralegal certificate or related degree and insurance defense experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Experience supporting insurance defense litigation.
• Strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize litigation matters and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development.
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and related documentation.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness materials.
