Job summary

Axiom is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to support Fortune 500 and leading clients across healthcare, technology, financial services, and consumer products. You will manage a broad range of litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft and revise litigation documents, and collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk and optimize strategy.

The role requires 5+ years of litigation experience and active U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience in-house, at a law firm, or both.
• Experience managing litigation matters and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Strong judgment, communication, and project management skills for handling multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of litigation matters from assessment to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on case strategy, budgets, deadlines, and overall performance.
• Partner with internal legal and business stakeholders to assess exposure and advise on strategy.
