Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar or ability to become a member of the CA Bar
• 2+ years of litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day case development, including depositions.
• Directly engage with clients and collaborate with technical experts.
• Manage critical discovery tasks and draft motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation.
