Qualifications

• 3–5 years (up to 6 years maximum) as an associate attorney with strong exposure to civil litigation.
• Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan is strictly required.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials with ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery requests.
• Conducting motion practice and court appearances.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Handling trial preparation and delivering client services.
