Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the CA state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, including insurance coverage, professional liability, trial preparation, insurance defense, or construction litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters including insurance coverage and professional liability.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for trial readiness.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations with persuasive advocacy.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients, including risks and potential outcomes.
• Maintain regular client communication and update on case progress.
• Collaborate with team members to support firm objectives.
