Qualifications

• Admission to the MA, NY or CT Bar is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant litigation experience in law firm or clerkship settings.
• Strong analytical, writing, and case-management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct written and document discovery, including review and analysis of electronically stored information
• Drafting pleadings, memoranda, and dispositive and non‑dispositive motions
• Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
• Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
• Performing legal research and providing strategic recommendations
• Collaborating closely with partners and clients while also managing independent responsibilities
• Participating in high‑stakes matters
