Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California in good standing.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in commercial, construction, product liability or property disputes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts at all litigation stages.
• Manage complex commercial, construction and product liability matters.
• Investigate and evaluate claims arising from fires, explosions and other losses.
• Work with experts to develop case strategies and pleadings.
• Take depositions and assist with motions, briefs, and hearings.
• Engage in mediation, settlement negotiations and trial opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.
