Job summary

Responsibilities include representing clients in state and federal courts, drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and contributing to mediation, settlements, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in California.
• Strong litigation, analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts in all phases of litigation.
• Manage complex commercial, property damage, construction, product liability, and other high-exposure matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs; take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings; participate in mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
