Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction matters.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills essential for complex civil litigation.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and collaborate with senior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and subpoenas.
• Review construction contracts, change orders and project documents for claims and defenses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive issues.
• Attend CMCs and court hearings; prepare and argue motions and handle depositions.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, experts, and witnesses throughout case lifecycle.
