Premier Pacific Northwest Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate (3+ years) to join its Litigation Department in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA. You will handle sophisticated business and commercial disputes, working with seasoned litigators in a collaborative culture.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration on Tue–Thu and flexibility for remote work on Mon and Fri. Excellent mentorship and growth opportunities are provided in a wide-ranging practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. required and bar admission in good standing in OR/WA or eligibility for reciprocity.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in complex commercial matters.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Manage litigation matters through all stages of case development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Manage written discovery and document review.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategies with partners and clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Work with clients across diverse industries.
• Support business development and client service initiatives.
