Tier4 Group is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Process Engineering to lead a growing Life Sciences practice focused on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing projects. This leadership role blends technical expertise with client engagement and team development.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team, support complex project execution, and contribute to strategic growth while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of process engineering experience in pharma/biotech/life sciences manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting engineering experience supporting facility, utility, and process system design projects.
• Experience preparing construction documents and technical specifications for regulated manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage projects in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Life Sciences Process Engineering group.
• Provide technical leadership for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and GMP-regulated projects.
• Drive project performance related to scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Mentor, develop, and support engineering staff through coaching and career development.
• Manage project staffing and resource allocation to ensure appropriate technical expertise.
• Maintain and enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Assist with business development, client meetings, and scope creation.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve engineering standards and execution processes.
• Serve as SME for life sciences process engineering projects.
• Research and interpret applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
• Prepare engineering analyses, design documentation, and project reports.
