Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing or eligibility.
• 2–4 years of substantive corporate/transactional experience including public company work, offerings, SEC reporting, and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Advise emerging growth and public companies in the life sciences and healthcare on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated transactions from start to finish and coordinate deal teams.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance, registered offerings, and other public-company matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver business-focused solutions.
