Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA or pursuing CPA, and at least 2 years of public accounting experience with demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Licensed CPA or working toward CPA certification.
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience, with leadership of multiple engagements and staff supervision.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills with US GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team from planning through completion of audits, reviews or compilations.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement operations including staffing and risk assessment.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff and liaise with managers and partners.
• Collaborate with managers/partners on issue resolutions and regulatory considerations.
• Review general ledger accounts for accurate entries and maintain client relationships.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently and monitor engagement budgets.
