Job summary

Revvity in San Diego seeks a Life Science Reagent Site Finance Leader to guide financial strategy and site operations. You will oversee COGS/OCOGS, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan, partnering with HQ and local teams to drive value.

The role is hybrid, Tue-Thu on site, with leadership responsibilities and ERP implementation support. You will supervise a team, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize profitability and performance across the LS reagent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing or life sciences including controllership.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting for LS Reagent MFG Sites CO GS and OCOGS in collaboration with HQ, Global Operations, and local teams.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly revenue and expense forecasts to support operational decisions.
• Oversee Annual Operating Plan process, including target setting, performance tracking, and staffing.
• Provide analysis on footprint, capacity, gross margin, and business insights.
• Support ERP implementations of LS reagent sites (SAP S4 Hana and D365).
• Standardize finance processes across Global Operations and collaborate with controllership.
