Qualifications

• 12+ years of financial leadership experience in multinational manufacturing and product development.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with senior management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive growth.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly close processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU VP & GM to scale a profitable product portfolio and support long-term growth.
• Engage product line leaders with data-driven discussions to expand profitability and sales growth.
• Provide financial insight and strategic perspective to influence decision-making and prioritize value creation.
• Own the monthly reporting package and enhance access to relevant financial data and insights.
• Lead forecast, budget, and strategic planning for the BU, aligning stakeholders around priorities.
• Support financial integration of BioLife Solutions business into global Repligen processes.
• Partner with Product Management to establish KPIs and operating mechanisms for transparency.
• Lead QBR financial presentation materials and communicate insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops to enhance reporting, analytics, and actionable insights.
• Partner with R&D to support new product introductions with financial rigor.
• Collaborate across functions to identify trends, resolve challenges, and implement improvements.
• Partner with BD on M&A activities to support growth initiatives.
• Work with VP of FP&A to evolve forecasting processes for scalability.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
