Job summary

Interblock seeks a Compliance Licensing Analyst to join our Las Vegas team, collaborating with the Sr Compliance Licensing Manager to file and manage gaming license applications across the US and Canada. The role involves extended hours as needed and requires meticulous regulatory work.

You will engage with multiple regulators, prepare exhibits, and ensure accuracy in all submissions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ArdentSky software are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Nevada Notary.
• Pass licensing background investigation for NGCB and other jurisdictions.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage gaming license applications across jurisdictions.
• Submit applications and maintain timely, accurate filings.
• Respond to regulatory requests courteously and professionally.
• Maintain confidential employee information and probity files.
• Provide administrative support and work with internal software.
