Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to perform mental health and substance use assessments and deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT. You will monitor progress, document care in EMRs, and support community education efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• At least 2 years of post-master’s experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with individual and family psychotherapy.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and professional communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Role Overview: The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides mental health and substance abuse assessments, delivers evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy, and monitors patient progress. They maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in patient growth strategies, and may engage in community outreach to educate local healthcare providers and organizations.
