Job summary

Limitless Possibilities DMV is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide individual and group counseling in the Washington DC–Baltimore area. The role combines in-person sessions with telehealth, requiring accurate documentation and coordinated care with other providers.

The position emphasizes ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered support. A Master’s degree and a DC-appropriate counseling license are required, with prior outpatient or private practice experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Current license (LPC/LCPC/LGPC) in DC area.
• Experience with intake assessments and treatment planning.
• Experience with CBT/DBT and trauma-informed care.
• Strong client-centered, confidential practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer to resources.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Support clients in goal setting and coping strategies.
