Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater East Dallas area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy. The role emphasizes collaboration with an integrated care team to deliver evidence-based care with a focus on accessibility and outcomes.

The position supports a hybrid model: three days onsite and two days telehealth, with Fridays in the East Dallas office.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT).
• Experience conducting thorough assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with measurement-based care and outcomes tracking.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Coordinate care with a team of healthcare professionals; collaborate for integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and participate in outcome-driven care planning.
• Help design and implement patient care plans and follow-ups, including telehealth scheduling.
