Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Irving area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. You will collaborate with other professionals for coordinated care and may deliver crisis intervention when needed.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, offering flexible hours and a patient-centered model designed to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license (LCSW, LCPC or LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
