Job summary

Counseling Speaks in Park Ridge, IL, is seeking a qualified Couples & Relationship Therapist to support couples and individuals facing relationship challenges. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in Chicago, Park Ridge, and via telehealth.

The successful clinician will help clients improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflicts, and strengthen emotional connections, delivering evidence-based therapy and personalized plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Ph.D., Psy.D., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LSW.
• Active Illinois license preferred; pre-licensed candidates may be considered.
• Couples therapy experience and specialized training preferred.
• Position: Hybrid | Part-time or Full-time; Chicago, Park Ridge, IL and telehealth throughout Illinois.

Responsibilities
