Job summary

USLI is seeking a claims processor to handle low complexity liability claims from start to finish, confirming coverage and guiding files through resolution.

You’ll communicate with internal and external contacts, manage files with diary notes, and support responsive service while pursuing ongoing professional development.

The role requires on-site work four days per week, with bonuses, comprehensive benefits and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in the insurance industry.
• College degree or equivalent business/industry experience.
• Willingness to work on-site at least four days per week.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage low complexity liability claims from coverage confirmation to resolution.
• Proactively oversee claim files with strategic direction and effective diary use.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries the same day from internal and external contacts.
• Maintain thorough, clear file notes to reflect claim activity and strategy.
• Uphold claim service standards by delivering timely and accurate responses.
• Support special projects as needed and contribute to department goals.
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain licenses and support career growth.
