Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims examination or related fields.
• Experience with Employment Practices, D&O, and/or E&O claims preferred.
• Multi-jurisdictional knowledge or advanced degrees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review coverage and prepare disclaimers and reservation of rights.
• Conduct detailed investigations into claims.
• Negotiate settlements directly with claimants or attorneys.
• Collaborate with underwriting and compliance teams.
