Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage low complexity liability claims from coverage confirmation to resolution.
• Proactively oversee claim files with strategic direction and effective diary use.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries the same day from both internal and external contacts.
