Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Or nine (9) years of related professional experience with five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Serves a legal resource and provides legal advice and assists with operational, and programmatic activities for a department, agency or facility.
• Coordinates legal proceedings, including administrative appeals, hearings, and litigation.
• Conducts legal research and provides analysis regarding statutes, regulations, case law, policies, liability, compliance and risk management.
• Recommends and implements policies and procedures.
• Directs subordinate managers and staff; provides leadership across units, departments, and regions.
