Qualifications

• Current law student, recent law school graduate, or pursuing a legal career.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading.
• Ability to learn quickly and take direction while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal and administrative tasks.
• Prepare, organize, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist with estate planning and related matters.
• Organize wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents.
• Support materials for attorney review and maintain client files.
• Track deadlines, appointments, documents, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate client meetings and document signings.
• Conduct basic legal research and enter data in case systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
