Confidential Employer in Rochester, MN is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to lead estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters with limited supervision. You will draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents while guiding clients through complex decisions in a collaborative setting.

This hybrid role offers weekly in-office days and remote work, Minnesota Bar admission and 3+ years of relevant experience, and the chance to grow professionally

Qualifications

• Minnesota Bar admission is required.
• 3+ years of estate planning and probate/estate administration experience.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related estate planning documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead estate planning matters and counsel clients on planning strategies.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.
• Manage probate and estate administration from start to finish.
• Advise personal representatives and address issues in administration.
• Lead client meetings and explain legal concepts clearly.
• Independently manage caseloads, deadlines, and communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on challenging matters.
• Stay current on Minnesota estate planning and probate law.
• Build strong client and professional relationships and contribute to firm growth.
