Gursey | Schneider LLP in San Francisco seeks a Discovery Management Associate to support the discovery management shared service team. You will work with litigation professionals at all levels to organize documents, summarize requests, and assist with trial preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4+ years in legal/litigation work, with strong communication, confidentiality, and Office/Adobe skills. The position offers a hybrid in‑office/work‑from‑home arrangement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4+ years in legal, litigation, or paralegal work in a professional setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Review, organize, and categorize documents for import into the document management system.
• Summarize and reconcile discovery requests, including document productions and interrogatories.
• Assist with settlement conference and trial prep by organizing reports and exhibit lists.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and paralegals to send/receive large document productions via secure links.
• Meet with senior staff to discuss case details and objectives; perform related duties as assigned.
