Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant paralegal certificate/degree preferred.
• 3+ years of legal admin support experience, preferably in energy/environment/land use law.
• Experience with court filings, billing systems, and legal document production.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pleadings and court filings across federal, state, and appellate venues.
• Manage timekeeping, billing, and client invoices; handle proformas and expense reports.
• Coordinate client communications and scheduling, including travel for hearings.
