Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Property Management and/or leasing required.
Experience leasing low-income units for at least 1 year.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
Implement day-to-day advertisement platforms for new and operational communities.
Assist with training community staff on leasing and marketing standards.
Prepare reports related to occupancy and leasing analytics.
