Job summary

A leading community development organization based in Boston is seeking a Leasing Specialist to implement advertisement platforms and enhance resident satisfaction initiatives. The role involves a strong emphasis on customer service and meeting occupancy goals. Responsibilities include assisting with sales processes across multiple properties and training community staff. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management experience and specific knowledge of leasing low-income units. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property Management and/or leasing required.
• Experience leasing low-income units for at least 1 year.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day advertisement platforms for new and operational communities.
• Assist with training community staff on leasing and marketing standards.
• Prepare reports related to occupancy and leasing analytics.
