Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist in Phoenix to design and deliver engaging training across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate complex content into practical, learner-centered programs that drive performance. The role requires 3+ years of learning design experience, strong LMS and tools proficiency, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging in-person, virtual, online, and blended learning programs aligned to business goals and learner needs
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions that create an interactive and effective learning experience
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop high-impact training solutions
• Design learning experiences that are practical, learner-centered, and focused on measurable outcomes
• Research and incorporate emerging learning technologies, tools, and methodologies into training programs
• Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex content into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences
• Lead instructional design and training efforts supporting major business initiatives, system implementations, and process transformations
• Develop learning objectives and evaluation strategies that demonstrate knowledge transfer and business impact
• Support other projects and responsibilities as requested by leadership
