Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Lean Transformation Leader to drive regional Lean programs across Patient Services, Laboratories, and Logistics. The hybrid role requires proximity to one of our offices in Tampa, FL, Tucker, GA, Greensboro, NC or Miramar, FL.

You will develop and lead a portfolio of Lean initiatives, coach teams on Lean Six Sigma, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cross-functional roles applying Lean methodologies.
• Experience applying Lean in both production/manufacturing and transactional office environments.
• Led Lean initiatives and Kaizen events with measurable operational results.

Responsibilities

• Identify Lean initiatives across end-to-end value streams and define business impact.
• Lead complex Lean initiatives through charter, program development, and sustainment.
• Demonstrate expertise in standard Lean toolkit and data-driven analysis.
• Engage senior leadership to obtain support for transformation initiatives.
• Drive cultural transformation by promoting problem solving and ownership.
• Provide professional Lean training to functional stakeholder teams.
• Apply change management strategies to successful standard work implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
