Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Lean Specialist - Construction to lead lean transformation on Life Sciences North America projects. You will drive Last Planner System adoption, coordinate with PM teams across design, procurement, construction and CQV phases, and train staff and partners in lean practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and safety integration on diverse EPCM and manufacturing sites in the U.S. Hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years in design/construction with manufacturing or life sciences focus.
• Experience implementing Last Planner System required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and CI activities across Life Science projects in the U.S.
• Train staff, vendors, and trade partners in lean tools and processes.
• Coordinate with PM teams during design, procurement, and CQV phases.
