Job summary

Zion Cloud Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) for a 12‑month contract in Oklahoma City. Hybrid schedule requires 3–4 days in the OKC Central office.

The BPA will analyze, document, and improve agency processes using Lean Six Sigma, develop SOPs, and support transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, current/future state process mapping, performance measures, and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Preference for state government, healthcare, finance, or regulatory experience.
• Experience with process improvement, performance management, or project management.
• Experience delivering executive-level reports and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document agency business processes using Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and SOPs.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities with data-driven recommendations.
• Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities.
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.
