• Willingness to travel up to 20% for programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership development programs and related staff initiatives from outreach to post-program engagement.
• Manage participant/outreach communications, applications, selections, registrations, and materials.
• Produce program timelines, agendas, and briefing materials; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Operations & Events and Marketing teams on logistics and communications.
