Sysco Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Microsoft Collaboration Services to lead strategy, governance, and delivery for Microsoft 365 platforms.

You will guide a team of engineers and administrators supporting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Copilot readiness, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing collaboration services. You will partner with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Architecture, and HR to align collaboration capabilities with Sysco's global

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and technology services.
• Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 environments and collaboration platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sysco's Microsoft Collaboration Services portfolio.
• Develop and execute multi-year plans supporting collaboration, productivity, AI adoption, and digital workplace transformation.
• Establish governance frameworks, technology standards, operating procedures, and service strategies for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and administrators.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align collaboration capabilities with enterprise objectives.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across collaboration services.
• Lead collaboration platform integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Oversee migrations involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 workloads.
